6.Cooperative Term:
Firstly, manufacturer offer the reasonable sample fee and unit price with the design of Buyer.
Secondly, the two parties sign the contact after the term was ready. Buyer should pay 30% of total order as deposit.
Thirdly, manufacturer makes sample, the Buyer confirms and production.
At last, buyer pays of the balance before shipment. (If it needs inspection, then will pay the balances after inspection)
The production cycle is 25-30 days in the normal condition, of course, it also depends on the quantity. The shipping time is a necessary factor which should take into account
