Copperplate paper, also known as coated printing paper, is called powder paper in Hong Kong and other regions. It is a high-grade printing paper made of base paper coated with white paint. It is mainly used for printing the cover and illustration, color picture, all kinds of exquisite commercial advertisements, samples, commodity packaging, trademarks, etc.

Copperplate paper is flat paper, with the dimensions of 787 × 1092mm, 880 × 1230mm and the ration of 70-250g / m2. There are single-sided, double-sided, matte and cloth coated coated copper plates. According to the quality, it is divided into a, B and C. The main raw materials of copperplate paper are copperplate base paper and coating. The requirements for the copper plate base paper are uniform thickness, small expansion, high strength and good water resistance. The paper surface shall be free of spots, wrinkles, holes and other paper defects. The coating used for coating is composed of high-quality white pigments, adhesives (such as polyvinyl alcohol, casein, etc.) and auxiliary additives. This kind of coating with high fluidity and solid content is thinly and evenly brushed on the base paper by the coater, then dried, rolled into a roll shape on the paper winder, and then sent to the super calender for calendering and finishing, and finally cut, select paper and pack.
