Sweet sparkling wine

Dry sparkling wine

Dry sparkling wine is dry and sweet sparkling wine, because the wine contains a certain amount of carbon dioxide to form bubbles. Carbon dioxide naturally forms bubbly wines with sugar content less than 50.1 g/l in bottles or large storage tanks through wine fermentation.

Precious rotten wine is a kind of very precious sweet wine from Hungary. It is named “precious rotten wine” because it is brewed by a kind of “aristocratic mildew” attached to the grape skin.

White Wine

White wine is made from white grape varieties. The color of white wine is light yellow or peeled. The common white grape varieties are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris, S millon, Gewurztraminer and so on.
