Kraft paper, used as packaging material. The intensity is very high. It is usually yellowish brown. Semi or full bleached kraft pulp is light brown, cream or white. Quantitative 80-120G / m2. The fracture length is generally more than 6000 M. The tear strength, fracture work and dynamic strength are very high. Most of them are web paper, but also flat paper. The Kraft coniferous wood pulp was used as the raw material, which was beaten and made on the long web papermaking machine. It can be used as cement bag paper, envelope paper, adhesive seal paper, asphalt paper, cable protection paper, insulation paper, etc.

Characteristic

Kraft paper is a tough and water-resistant packaging paper, which is brown yellow and widely used. It is often used to make paper bags, envelopes, workbooks, record covers, files, sandpaper, etc. The quantitative range is 80g / m2 to 120g / m2. There are differences between web and flat paper, single side light, double side light and stripe. The main quality requirements are flexible and strong, high breaking resistance, able to withstand large tension and pressure without cracking. Kraft paper has a high tensile force, single light, double light, stripe, non grain and so on. It is mainly used for wrapping paper, envelope, paper bag and printing machine drum lining.

Specifications

Specifications of flat paper: different from the machine, but different from the slitting. Like the general drum Slitter can cut to a minimum of 460mm and a maximum of 1460mm, and then you can cut out any specification you want through the flat cutting machine. The commonly used printing specifications are: 787 * 1092mm, 889 * 1194mm.
