Specifications
Press kraft paper is mainly used in the press process of FPC, PCB, CCL and other industries. It plays the role of heat preservation, water absorption, pressure reduction, buffer, heat transfer and so on. It has a complete range of weights, providing 190g / M & sup2;, 220g / M & sup2;, 254g / M & sup2; and other different weights for a long time, and can provide customers with customized production services from 190g / M & sup2; to 450g / M & sup2.
Advantage
1. The paper is flat and clean. There shall be no fold, wrinkle, hole, sand, etc. to avoid affecting the quality of pressing plate.
2. The hot pressing has good elasticity and flatness, which can significantly improve the pressing quality and product yield.
3. The heat transfer performance is stable, even without fluctuation, and the heat transfer rate is moderate.
4. The web end shall be flat, with no more than 2 joints per roll.
Kraft paper tape
It is composed of two parts: base material and binder. Binder materials are mainly thermosol, pressure-sensitive adhesive, acrylic adhesive, synthetic rubber, natural rubber, etc.; base materials are polypropylene film, PVC film, fiber cloth, fiber plastic, sponge, foam, tissue paper and other materials.
Characteristics and application:
Pressure sensitive adhesive tape is made of kraft paper and coated with rubber / hot-melt adhesive. It is easy to use, easy to tear, and highly adhesive, so it is widely used in light and heavy packaging, paper processing industry connection and high environmental protection requirements.
Storage and use environment:
The product should be packaged and stored in a cool and dry environment to avoid sunlight, freezing and high temperature.
The storage environment shall be 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, and the place with too high temperature shall be avoided.
The surface to be adhered shall be clean, dry and free from grease or other contamination.
The storage period is two years.
