Usually our MOQ is3,000pcs. we accept lower quantity for your trial order. 1pcs for sample and 1000pcs for bulk as a trial order.

2.Can I get samples?
Of course. We usually provide an exsting sample for free.
If you need more than one sample, It need sample fee.We also can provide customised samples to you,but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order quantity is above 3000pcs.

3.Could you accept customized?
Yes,customized designs,materials,sizes,colors,etc.artwork will be needed.we will protect the customers’ designs carefully.

4.What about the lead time?
Usually it will take 25-30 working days for normal container load quantity order.For some items which are very similar as our main products,lead time can be just 7-15 days.

5.What do you need to provide a quote?
Detail description of product,trade terms,such as FOB price or CIF price.If CIF,please tell us the destination port.

6.What documents do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
