确定经纬密度的方法有两种:
Direct measurement

When counting the number of yarns, the center between the two yarns shall be taken as the starting point. If the number reaches the end point, 多于 0.5 yarns shall be counted, and if less than one yarn, 0.75 yarns shall be counted; if less than 0.5 yarns, 0.25 yarns shall be counted. 一般来说, 3-4 data should be measured for the fabric density, and then the arithmetic mean value should be taken as the measurement result.
Indirect test method
This method is suitable for regular weave fabrics with large density and small yarn count. After analyzing the fabric structure and the number of warp and weft cycles (the number of weft cycles), the product is the warp (weft) 密度.
