Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2.Is sample charge refundable?
Yes. Simple customized design will be charged in advance and refunded as per order placed, such as laser printing  or silk printing. But the sample charge for heat transfer printing, water transfer printing or air transfer printing is nonrefundable.

3.Who will be responsible for the sample shipping cost?
Sample shipping cost will be paid by customer.

4.How can I check the product if it is qualified?
For customized product, we send the pre-production sample for customer’s approval, then we proceed.
