1. Preheating procedure: weigh the tableware with the raw material box according to the required weight, put it into the high-frequency wave to preheat evenly, and heat the powdery raw materials into blocks (coagulation rather than dispersion).
II. Plain surface procedure: pour the pre heated and caked raw materials into the mold, start the mechanical plain surface procedure, and then conduct high temperature, high pressure and curing molding (commonly used press molding).
III. Decal procedure: cut the paper with the glossy powder on it according to the shape of the flower, and paste it on the tableware with the plain surface as required. The paper should be pasted in the right position, with the beautiful and generous appearance. Start the mechanical printing procedure after the flower is pasted. The second molding by the press is required to print the paper on the tableware.
IV. gold adding procedure: after the product is pasted with flowers, evenly sprinkle the polished powder on the product surface. The polished powder cannot be sprinkled less, otherwise it will affect the color degree of the product, and of course, it cannot be sprinkled more. Then start the machine. After high temperature and high pressure curing, the surface of the product is bright like porcelain.
V. polishing procedure: after the product is produced, it needs to be polished and polished, because the product produced has burr, which is not conducive to people’s life and is easy to cause harm to people’s hands and mouth; therefore, grinding and polishing are essential. By grinding and polishing, the burr of the product can be removed, so that the product looks more beautiful and the edge is more smooth.
Vi. inspection and packaging procedures: polishing operation will enter the inspection process, strictly control the quality inspection. There should be initial inspection and re inspection, pick out the unqualified products, and then put them into the warehouse for packaging.
