Beefeater(1)

Beefeater has a long history. Its origins can be traced back to a small winery opened by John and Taylor in London’s Chelsea area in 1820. In 1863, Mr. James balov, a trained pharmacist and entrepreneur, bought the winery. The unique recipe of bifida golden wine developed by him in 1860’s has been used up to now, and is regarded as the priceless treasure of bifida. Balov hoped that the name of the wine could be more closely combined with London, and finally decided to name it “beefeater”.

“Beefeater” is the nickname of the tower guards, who have been guarding the tower for more than 500 years. The brand got its name from this inspiration. After a long time, the name “beefeater” and the iconic image of the tower guard perfectly reflect the unique features of bifida – the only global premium wine brewed in London at present. In 2008, Desmond Payne, the chief distiller of bifida, brewed his personal Masterpiece — bifida 24 high-grade gold wine after years of using the secret formula of bifida gold wine of barov.
